Staff Profile: Joelle Stefanyk

Educational Philosophy:

Each child is different and learns differently as God made them. One-on-one meetings help children learn in a way that will be more effective and successful for them. My job is to create a space that is safe for the child to learn and to be successful.

Educational Interests:

With each child being made differently, that means there is no cookie cutter shape that fits very child. I believe in building a relationship with each child so I can get to know them and how to best help them.
