Grades K-7

From Kindergarten through Grade 7, subject matter is integrated as much as possible. There is a high level of individualization available for these courses and a wide range of curriculum options.

Grade K-7 students must take English, math, socials, science, plus the following subjects integrated into their learning: career, PE, fine arts, and applied skills. 

Grade 5-8 students must also take a second language.

English

English at the elementary grades is focused on building a solid foundation of skills while helping students find enjoyment in reading and writing.

Math

Students can choose from a wide variety of curricula in these individualized courses. Here are just a few examples:

Socials

Socials courses are highly individualized utilizing a wide variety of curricula.  Often families choose a curriculum that can be customized across multiple grade levels for use within their entire family group.

Second Language

Required for Grade 5-8 only.
