Culinary Arts 11 In this course students will use will use the Great Courses, Everyday Gourmet: Pastries and Desserts to extend and refine their culinary skills. They will explore culinary best practices, cooking methods, artistic elements, dietary restrictions, safety and safe handling of food, specialty uses of tools and equipment and recipe adaptions and alterations. 4 Credits
Food Studies 11

In this individualized course students will pursue their personal interests while exploring meal design and elements of meal preparation. Students taking this course will explore components of recipe development and modification. Resources will be carefully selected to meet the students needs and goals.

Computer Programming 11 (Python)

using CompuScholar's "Python Programming"

Assuming no previous programming experience, this course teaches core programming concepts using the Python language. This one-semester course requires no software installation and is a perfect introduction to coding for a wide age range.  4 Credits
Media Design 11

In this individualized course students will pursue their personal media design interests, selecting a media technology of interest. Students taking this course will explore values, traditions, and the characteristics of various artists, movements, and periods. Resources will be carefully selected to meet the students needs and goals.

Automotive Technologies 11 Students will explore Automotive Technology 11 using selected chapters from Auto Upkeep. Work will be documented with summaries, written work, and detailed photos demonstrating the process used to complete the various mechanical assignments. Self-assessment of completed work projects is fundamental to all mechanical work. 4 Credits
Metalwork 11 Students will will learn to work safely with a variety of metalworking tools. They will learn the skills to create a variety of individualized metalworking projects. 4 Credits
